The Integrative Approach
The integrative approach to health coaching is grounded in two foundational principles—bio-individuality and whole-person health—blending personalized strategies that nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being for lasting, meaningful change.
Bio-Individuality
Each person is unique, with different needs, strengths, and goals. In my practice, I create a space for you to explore what your body and mind truly need to thrive. Together, we’ll identify personalized steps that align with your vision, empowering you to take meaningful action toward the life you want.
Whole-Person Health
Wellness goes beyond just exercise and nutrition. While those are important, they’re only part of the picture.
This approach considers all areas of your life—relationships, social connections, career satisfaction, and environment—each of which impacts how you feel and how your body functions. By addressing these elements, we support your overall well-being and your ability to live a balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach focuses on the following primary engagements:
3 months - Ideal for those who are new to coaching and need to establish familiarity before making a bigger commitment. Also for those who have a clear vision or goal in mind and just need a little help.
6 months - Ideal for those who are looking for a more in depth exploration around how to transform their lives.
Custom program lengths are also an option and can be determined together based on the client’s anticipated needs.
About Me
It’s hard to pinpoint the exact time my interest and dedication to health and wellness began, but a pivotal moment came at the age of 13 after undergoing major back surgery. During recovery, I was forced to face various levels of discomfort in my own body and so I embarked on a path of learning and healing. The ensuing years led to multiple missteps and new obstacles as I pursued the goal of achieving my vision of “optimal health.” I became obsessive about exercise, calorie counting, and food control, sometimes at the expense of my relationships and my own happiness. It wasn’t until years later that I realized true wellness wouldn’t come from just physical changes but from addressing the deeper roots of my stress and unhappiness. I began doing the inner work to untangle the negative patterns I’d built up over the years. There were setbacks, of course, but slowly, I learned to find joy in things outside of food and exercise. I could finally feel at peace with my body—not perfectly, but enough.
While my physical and emotional journey brought me valuable insight, it was a moment of clarity during the pandemic that led me to become a coach. Inspired by a story I’d heard on a podcast and working with an executive coach who encouraged me to look inward, I found my calling. I realized I wanted to be the support I’d wished for throughout my own struggles. My aim is to empower those dealing with the weight of silent struggles, offering support in a way that feels right for them—not because I have all the answers but because I understand how valuable compassionate guidance can be.
